Default467 Squadron and correspondent AWV King, 2 December '43

I am interested in the London staff correspondent of Sydney Morning Herald, Mr AWV King, who followed a Lanchaster on a raid to Berlin 2. December 1943. Does anyone know his full name, maybe his age at the time, and best of all, a short biography or something?

    Have you contacted the SMH?
They should have archives and the like from Mr AWV King's stories which then should lead to his full name and so on, then the information hopefully should flow.
If he was a "Australian "War Correspondent" rather than being a SMH reporter based in England then he would of been a registered war corespondent so www.awm.gov.au/ could help in your search.
He could be or probably is in the British war Correspondent archives as well, as he was obviously based their during war.

    Good luck
